Michael Haigler has worked in architectural design for over 35 years since graduating from Clemson with an undergraduate degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree from UC Berkeley in California. Currently licensed in SC and NC, he is pleased to offer a full range of architectural services from schematic design through to construction administration for a variety of project types. His current specialty is custom residential design including remodels and new construction.
Michael takes pride in being able to suggest innovative solutions to issues and concerns. Often an outside opinion or viewpoint can unleash a flood of new ideas for your consideration, providing design alternatives that transform the ordinary into the extra-ordinary.
Past projects have also included numerous retail designs. While in California Michael consulted with the Gap, and worked on over 200 retail stores across the country. He also was an instructor at FIDM, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. He is happy to consult with store owners and retailers on new concept or development of existing store designs, advising on store layout, lighting, signage, security, and visual merchandising.
